An annual event in Manchester The Pride Parade as part of the Pride Weekend scheduled each year

Rather than just standing at the side road watching, wrote to and got credentials to be a floating photographer in the Parade

All images were consensual, with image taken in The Gay Village after the Parade were with permission to use and publish with emails collection for sending on of images if requested.

The Parade ID was very useful and essential when in the village

In hindsight, would you have done anything differently to prepare? Why?
Initial preparation required me to submit a proposal the Parade Organisers
so relatively organised.
Would have taken a spare camera
As this was a very sunny day, very unusual for Manchester, should have
had hat and long sleeves to protect from Sun
Have more business cards and details web site images would be on as
people wanted to know, ran out partway through event and was writing it
out on pieces paper
